This is a small run family hotel, very nice tidy and clean. Staff are friendly and it suitable for all kind of travellers who wish to enjoy the city and the beach. (04/06 RC) The Villa is located in Rovinj, about 300 metres from a pebble beach and twenty minutes walking from the city centre.Location: Central45 kms to the airport (pula)130 kms to the airport (tri-cities)2 km to the nearest station (rovinj (bus))20 minute walk to the nearest bus stopThe lobby is small in size and incorporates a couple of seating area.Most of the rooms are medium in size in fairly good condition and so are the bathrooms. They are mainly decorated with dark furniture and light paint throughout with a rustic feel.The restaurant is small in size and during the summer you can have your breakfast on the outdoor patio.This is a low rise property.
